喉罩在老年人全身麻醉中的临床应用

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of laryngeal mask in general anesthesia for old people. Methods A total of 120 old elderly patients undergoing cholecystectomy for cholecystolithiasis were randomly divided into group T (endotracheal tube group) and group L (laryngeal mask group), and each group contained 60 cases. Comparisons were made on clinical anesthesia effects and complications conditions between the two groups. Results In T1, there was no statistically significant difference of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, and change of heart rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The group L had lower diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, and change of heart rate than the group T instantly in T2 and T3 (P<0.05). In T4, T5 and T6, the group L had lower heart rate and mean arterial pressure than the group T (P<0.05). The incidences of pharyngeal pain, hoarseness, and respiratory tract infection were lower in the group L than in the group T, and endotracheal intubation time and hospital stays were shorter in the group L than in the group T (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of laryngeal mask in general anesthesia for old people has the features of small invasion and quick recovery. It can effectively reduce the incidence of complications with clinical application value.%目的：分析喉罩在老年人全身麻醉中的临床应用价值。方法120例胆囊结石行胆囊切除术的老年患者，随机分为T组(气管导管组)和L组(喉罩组)，每组60例。比较两组临床麻醉效果及并发症发生情况。结果 T1时，两组患者舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压及心率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；T2、T3时， L组舒张压、收缩压、平均动脉压及心率变化低于T组(P<0.05)。T4、T5、T6时， L组心率及平均动脉压低于T组(P<0.05)；L组咽部疼痛、声嘶及呼吸道感染的发生率低于T组， L组气管插管时间及住院天数明显短于T组(P<0.05)。结论喉罩应用于老年患者全身麻醉具有创伤小、恢复快的特点，可有效降低并发症发生率，具有临床应用价值。
