腹腔镜手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤50例临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate surgical measure and clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of broad ligament hysteromyoma.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 50 patients, who received laparoscopic broad ligament myomectomy. Their curative effects were observed.Results All the 50 patients received successful laparoscopic broad ligament myomectomy, without any case of ureteral injury or intraoperative massive bleeding as complications. Their mean operation time was (76.5±35.1) min, mean intraoperative bleeding volume was (42.6±38.6) ml, mean postoperative anal exhaust time was (18.5±5.7) h, mean postoperative maximal body temperature was (37.9±0.4)℃, and mean postoperative hospital stay time as (6.5±1.6) d.Conclusion Laparoscopic broad ligament myomectomy contains advantages of small trauma and quick recovery. As a safe and effective surgery measure, this method is worth clinical promotion.%目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫阔韧带肌瘤的手术方法和临床价值。方法回顾性分析50例行腹腔镜下子宫阔韧带肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料,观察治疗效果。结果50例患者均成功完成腹腔镜下阔韧带肌瘤剔除术,术中无一例发生输尿管损伤及术中大量出血等并发症,平均手术时间(76.5±35.1)min,平均术中出血量(42.6±38.6)ml,平均术后肛门排气时间(18.5±5.7)h,平均术后最高体温(37.9±0.4)℃,平均术后住院天数(6.5±1.6)d。结论腹腔镜下子宫阔韧带肌瘤剔除术具有损伤小、恢复快等优点,是一种安全有效的术式,可临床推广。
