气管插管在抢救急性酒精中毒呕吐窒息患者中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨气管插管在抢救急性酒精中毒呕吐窒息患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院抢救的25例急性酒精中毒呕吐窒息患者，分析应用气管插管的临床效果。结果25例患者中3例院前急救患者被发现时间过晚，呼吸心跳已停止，经心肺复苏未成功；其余22例患者均在使用气管插管后自主呼吸恢复，血氧饱和度上升，无呕吐窒息再发生，均痊愈出院。结论气管插管效果确切，可避免窒息再发生。%Objective To investigate application value of tracheal intubation in rescuing acute alcoholism vomiting asphyxia patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 25 acute alcoholism vomiting asphyxia patients, and clinical effect by tracheal intubation was analyzed.Results There were 3 case among 25 patients had stopped breath and failed cardio-pulmonary resuscitation in pre-hospital care, and the other 22 cases had increased oxyhemoglobin saturation and no recurrent vomiting asphyxia after tracheal intubation, and they all cured and left hospital.Conclusion Tracheal intubation can avoid recurrent vomiting asphyxia with precise effect.
