腹腔镜单用与宫腹腔镜联合应用在治疗不孕症中的对比研究

摘要

ObjectiveTo compare clinical effects between single laparoscope and hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in the treatment of infertility.MethodsA total of 78 patients with infertility were randomly divided into research group 1 and research group 2, with 39 cases in each group. Research group 1 received single laparoscope therapy, and research group 2 received hysteroscope combined with laparoscope for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no perforation of uterus as complications during operation in both groups. Follow-up for 1, 2 years showed higher pregnancy rate in research group 2 than research group 1 (P<0.05). Follow-up for 2 years showed lower incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in research group 2 than research group 1 (P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of hysteroscope and laparoscope in treating infertility can provide overall diagnosis and operation for multiple uterine cavity and pelvic lesions, without misdiagnosis and inadequate treatment. This method can reduce operation times and physical pain in patients.%目的：对比腹腔镜单用与宫腹腔镜联合应用治疗不孕症患者的临床疗效。方法78例不孕症患者随机分为研究1组与研究2组，每组39例。研究1组实施单用腹腔镜治疗，研究2组实施腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组术中均未发生子宫穿孔等并发症。随访1、2年，研究2组妊娠率均高于研究1组(P<0.05)；随访2年，研究2组不良妊娠结局发生率低于研究1组(P<0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合应用治疗不孕症，能够一次性完成宫腔及盆腔内多处病变手术，一次性确诊，避免漏诊和治疗不充分，减少患者手术次数和机体痛苦。
