透刺疗法配合弹拨推拿治疗肩关节周围炎的临床研究

摘要

目的：探讨透刺疗法配合弹拨推拿治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法92例肩关节周围炎患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。观察组采用透刺疗法配合弹拨推拿进行治疗，对照组给予常规针灸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.65%(44/46)，对照组总有效率为80.43%(37/46)，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透刺疗法配合弹拨推拿治疗肩关节周围炎疗效显著，值得推广。%ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect by penetration acupuncture therapy combined with plucking massage in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.MethodsA total of 92 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The observation group received penetration acupuncture therapy combined with plucking massage, and the control group received conventional acupuncture therapy. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe observation group had total effective rate as 95.65% (44/46), and the control group had that as 80.43%(37/46). Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionCombination of penetration acupuncture therapy and plucking massage provides precise effect in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, and this method is worth promoting.
