Objective To apply adult electronic gastroscope for examination for children with unexplained chronic abdominal pain, and to evaluate application value of adult electronic gastroscope in unexplained chronic abdominal pain. Methods Japanese Olympus and Fujinon adult electronic gastroscope were applied in examination for 136 children with chronic abdominal pain. Results With the exception of 1 child with failed gastroscope due to obvious vomit during examination, the other 135 children all had successful gastroscope examination. Among them, there were 102 cases with chronic superficial gastritis (75.00%), 18 cases with duodenal bulbar inflammation (13.24%), 6 cases with peptic ulcer (4.41%), and 9 cases without abnormality. The total detection rate was 92.65%. Conclusion Chronic superficial gastritis, duodenal bulbar inflammation, and peptic ulcer were main pathogenesis of pediatric chronic abdominal pain. Implement of adult electronic gastroscope contains important diagnostic value for children with unexplained chronic abdominal pain.%目的：对原因不明的慢性腹痛小儿进行成人电子胃镜检查,评价成人电子胃镜在原因不明的慢性腹痛患儿中的应用价值。方法应用日产Olympus型及日产Fujinon型成人电子胃镜对136例慢性腹痛小儿进行检查。结果除1例学龄儿童检查中途呕吐明显,自行拔出胃镜镜身,不能完成,其余135例患儿全部顺利完成胃镜检查,其中慢性浅表性胃炎102例(75.00%),十二指肠球炎18例(13.24%),消化性溃疡6例(4.41%),9例未见异常,总检出率达92.65%。结论慢性浅表性胃炎、十二指肠球炎、消化性溃疡是小儿慢性腹痛主要病因,原因不明的慢性腹痛小儿进行成人电子胃镜检查有重要的诊断价值。
