聚酰胺6/碳纳米管复合材料的电学性能研究

     

摘要

PA6/organic-functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNTs) composites were prepared through in-situ polymerization. The effect of the content of CNTs, temperature, and frequency on the electrical property, dielectric properties, and electromagnetic shielding performance of the composites were studied. It showed that with increasing content of CNTs, the volume and surface resistivities of the composites decreased, and a major dropping of 2-3 orders of magnitude was observed. As the temperature increased, the dielectric constant of composites increased. When the temperature was 180 ℃, the dielectric constants of the composites containing 1.0 % and 2. 0 % of CNTs were 2608 and 1660, respectively. The dielectric loss of composites increased with increasing temperature and leveled off at higher CNTs loading. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composites changed moderately at low frequency but obviously at high frequencies (above 106 Hz). The electromagnetic shielding capacity of the composites could be observed at a frequency range between 105.5 and 109 Hz. When the frequency was over 103 Hz, there was almost no shielding effect.%对碳纳米管(CNTs)进行有机化处理后,采用原位聚合法制备了聚酰胺6(PA6)/CNTs复合材料。研究了CNTs的含量、温度、频率等因素对复合材料导电性能、介电性能和电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明,随着CNTs含量的增加,复合材料的体积电阻率和表面电阻率均下降,最显著情况分别下降了2、3个数量级;随着温度的升高,复合材料的介电常数增大,温度为180℃、CNTs含量为1.0%和2.0%的复合材料的介电常数分别为1660和2608;复合材料的介电损耗随着温度的升高而增大,增大趋势随CNTs含量的增加而急剧减小;复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗随着频率的升高变化幅度增大,频率在10^5.5~10^9Hz范围内复合材料有一定的电磁屏蔽效能,随着频率的增大,其电磁屏蔽效果急剧减小,10^9Hz以上几乎没有电磁屏蔽效果。
