基于热流道及二次脱模技术的金属粉末注射模设计

         

摘要

Based on the structural characteristics of parts and the metal powders plus polyamide molding characteristics,a metal-powder injection mold was designed,and its molding parts,side core-pulling mechanism, gating system, die release mechanism, fixed distance classification mechanism,orientation system and temperature control system were mainly studied to determine a reasonable mold structure.Through designing a combined structure of hot runner casting,two ejection mechanisms and straight pipe plus buffle-type well cooling water channel,the molded part achieved dimensional tolerance in the range of 0.4 % of the basic dimension.Moreover,the angle tolerance and surface roughness reached 0.5°and 0.8,respectively.%根据零件的结构特点和"金属粉末+聚酰胺"的成型特性,对某坯件的注射模具进行了设计.重点对成型零件、侧向抽芯机构、浇注系统、脱模机构和定距分型机构、导向定位系统以及温度控制系统进行了研究,确定了先进合理的模具结构.通过采用热流道浇注、二次顶出机构和"直通式水管+隔片式水井"组合结构,成型坯件经烧结后线性尺寸公差达到了基本尺寸的±0.4 % 范围之内,角度的公差达到了± 0.5°,表面粗糙度达到0.8.
