玻纤、扩链剂对rPET力学性能的影响

     

摘要

Recycled polyethylene terephthalate was modified with pyromellitic dianhydride ( PMDA) and glass fiber ( GF) to achieve chain extension and mechanical enhance. The effects of the amount of PMDA and fiber glass on mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of rPET composite were studied. The results showed: the appropriate adding of chain extender PMDA not only played the role of chain extension viscosity increaser and crystallization promoter, but also enhanced the interface bonding between the glass fiber and resin matrix; The SEM photographs of the impact fracture surface to composite showed, the amount of chain extender affect the uniform distribution of glass fiber in the matrix material, the mechanical properties of rPET/GF composite achieved the best when the amount of PMDA reached to 0. 5% and the GF content reached to 30% , and then could meet the requirements of the usage as an engineering plastics.%采用均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和玻璃纤维(GF)对回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(rPET)进行扩链增强改性,考察了PMDA和GF用量对rPET力学性能和结晶行为的影响.结果表明:添加适量扩链剂PMDA不仅对rPET有扩链增黏和促进结晶的作用,而且还增强了GF与基体树脂之间的界面黏结;复合材料冲击断面的SEM照片显示,扩链剂用量影响到GF在基体材料中的均匀分布,当PMDA和GF质量分数分别为0.5%、30%时,rPET/GF复合材料的各项力学性能达到最好,能够满足作为工程塑料的使用要求.
