一种新型功率回收液压泵试验台设计及研究

         

摘要

A novel design of the power-recycling hydraulic pump-testing equipment has been proposed,for there were severe power waste, unfit load-applying means.After demonstrating in detail the principle of power-recycling and the applying load way, the algebraic model of the hydraulic system was derived by using the tool of power bond graph.The model can be transformed to a control block diagram, thus it is able to be directly simulated in MATLAB.By calculating parameters, the results were entered in to the hydraulic system’s dynamic simulation afterwards.The results from both simulations and practical tests indicated that the power-recycling pump-testing equipment had high efficiency of power-recycling and fine characteristics of load-applying, so tests on the pump’s each performance index can be done, and the results were beneficial to energy-saving research on test equipments.%针对目前液压泵实验台功率浪费严重、加载不合理等问题.提出功率回收型液压试验台设计方案.详细论述该试验台的功率回收原理和加载方式后,采用功率键合图法建立系统的数学模型,并转化成控制方块图在MATLAB软件中直接进行仿真.计算后将元件参数输入仿真模型,对液压系统进行动态仿真分析.仿真结果及实际应用都表明:功率回收型液压泵试验台功率回收效率高、加载特性良好,能完成液压泵各项性能指标测试,对实验装置的节能化研究具有参考意义.
