MWCNT/PA6复合材料的等温结晶动力学研究

     

摘要

将碳纳米管(CNT)经过酸化处理后,采用哈克转矩流变仪制备了碳纳米管/尼龙6纳米复合材料.通过DSC对复合材料的等温结晶动力学进行了研究,用Avrami方程对等温结晶动力学进行了处理.结果表明:碳纳米管在复合材料中起到了异相成核的作用,使复合材料的半结晶时间t1/2变小,结晶速率常数K增大,这就使得总的结晶速率加快,使结晶更加完善.%Acid was treated on multi-walled carbon nano-tubes(MWNTs) and the MWNTVPA6 composites were prepared by Haake torque rheometer.The isothermal crystallization of composites was investigated by DSC.The Avrami equation was used to describe the isothermal crystallization kinetics.The results showed that adding small amounts of MWNTs was heterogeneous nucleation.The adding MWNTs may decrease the time for half-crystallization t1/2 and increase crystallization kinetic rate constants K,thus the whole crystallization rate and crystallization degree increased.
