无机粒子填充聚合物复合材料的流变行为研究进展

摘要

From the aspects of the flow properties and elastic properties of the filled polymer system, the effects of the content of inorganic particle, the types and sizes of inorganic particle, temperature, shear stress or shear rate and other factors on the viscosity and die-swell ratio of the filled system were discussed, respectively. On this basis, problems on the study of rheology of the inorganic particle filled polymer were briefly analyzed.%从聚合物填充体系的流动性质和弹性性质两个方面,分别探讨了无机粒子的含量、无机粒子的种类及尺寸、温度、剪切应力或剪切速率等因素对填充体系的黏度和挤出胀大比的影响.在此基础上,对无机粒子填充聚合物复合材料流变学研究存在的问题进行了简要分析.
