TCEP在PVC绝缘料中的应用研究

摘要

The influence of TCEP on the limited oxygen index (LOI), tensile strength, elongation at break, volume resistivity and 200 ℃ stability time of PVC insulation material was studied. The results showed, after adding TCEP, the LOI and the elongation at break of the PVC insulation material was increased ; the influence of the tensile strength was not obvious; the volume resistivity and 200℃ stability time of the PVC insulation material was decreased.%研究了磷酸三(β-氯乙基)酯(TCEP)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)绝缘料极限氧指数(LOI)、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、体积电阻率、200℃稳定时间等性能的影响.研究结果表明:在PVC绝缘料中加入TCEP后,绝缘料的极限氧指数提高；拉伸强度变化不明显,断裂伸长率显著提高；体积电阻率与200℃稳定时间降低.
