尼龙66的扩链改性研究

     

摘要

采用含双环氧基团的扩链剂,用熔融反应挤出的方法对尼龙66进行扩链改性,并对改性后尼龙66的力学性能和流变行为进行了测试表征和分析.结果表明,扩链改性后尼龙66的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度均比纯尼龙66有明显的提高;随着扩链剂用量的增加,平衡扭矩和消耗能量逐渐增大,表明扩链剂对尼龙66有明显的扩链效果.%Nylon66 materials modified with a chain extender containing two epoxy groups were prepared via reactive extruding and their mechanical properties and rheological behaviors were characterized and investigated.It concluded that the tensile strength,bending strength and Izod strength all increased compared with those of pure nylon66.Both the balance torque and consumed energy increased as the chain extender content increased,indicating that the chain extension effect was obvious.
