聚碳酸酯/有机磺酸盐阻燃体系的性能研究

     

摘要

The organic-sulfonate flame retardant (SFR) was blended with PC, the effect of content of SFR on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties were measured. The results showed that LOI values increased almost linearly with the mount of SFR, from 26% to 33. 8%. There was nearly no change in the tensile strength and the flexural strength of the PC composites while the notch impact strength had little decrease. However, when the amount of SFR increased from 0. l%to 1% , the LOI increased slowly while the notch impact strength decreased quickly, from 11. 19 kJ/m to 3. 6 kJ/m , and the transparency of PC composites was reduced.%采用有机磺酸盐阻燃剂阻燃改性聚碳酸酯(PC),研究了有机磺酸盐阻燃剂用量对PC复合体系的阻燃性能及其力学性能的影响.结果显示:当添加量低于0.1%时,随着有机磺酸盐阻燃剂添加量的增加,PC复合体系的极限氧指数迅速增加,由26%增加至33.8%,体系的拉伸强度和弯曲强度几乎不变,缺口冲击强度略有下降;当添加量超过0.1%后,极限氧指数增加缓慢,由33.8%增加至34.5%,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度却大幅下降,由11.19 kJ/m2迅速降至3.6 kJ/m2,而且体系透明性受到影响.
