使用密炼机混合制备了不同马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)相容剂比例的聚丙烯高岭土纳米复合材料,利用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜及动态流变仪研究了复合材料的结晶行为,使用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料的微区形貌.研究发现,添加一定比例的PP-g-MAH可以一定程度上提高复合材料的结晶速率,而高比例的PP-g-MAH又会降低复合材料的结晶速率.添加相容剂PP-g-MAH可以有效减少团聚现象,提高纳米高岭土在聚丙烯高岭土复合材料中的分散均匀性.%Kaolin/polypropylene nano-composites with different contents of PP-g-MAH were prepared by a mixer.The crystallization behavior of the composites was studied by differential scanning calorimetry,polarizing microscope and dynamic rheometer.The microstructure of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the crystallization rate of the composites increases with the addition of a certain proportion of PP-g-MAH,while the high proportion of PP-g-MAH would decrease the crystallization rate of the composites.The agglomeration phenomenon is effectively reduced by adding PP-g-MAH and the dispersion uniformity of nano-Kaolin is improved in Kaolin/polypropylene nano-composites.
