聚丙烯装置甲烷化法氢气精制流程简介

氢气作为聚丙烯反应原料之一,在聚合反应中起调节摩尔质量的作用.但氢气中的CO、H2O等杂质必须控制在一定含量以下,不然将会影响聚丙烯催化剂的活性以及产品的质量.因此,从界区来的氢气需进行精制,再送往下游的反应器.甲烷化法氢气精制方案包括氢气脱CO和氢气干燥两部分.%As one of reaction feeds for polypropylene (PP),hydrogen regulates molecular weight in polymerization reaction.However,the amount of CO,H2O and other impurities shall be controlled to a certain level,otherwise the activity of PP catalyst and the quality of PP product will be affected.Consequently,hydrogen from battery limit shall be purified before entering PP reactor.Hydrogen methanation purification scheme includes two parts,CO removal and H2O removal.
