丙烯酸酯/氟树脂基聚氨酯防腐涂料研制

     

摘要

Polyurethane anticorrosive coatings were prepared through hydroxyl acrylate, fluororesin and trimethylolpropane and hexamethylene as base resins and diisocyanate as curing agent.The influences of trimethylolpropane content on the hardness, roughness and adhesive force of polyurethane coatings were investigated in detail.The results show that the addition of trimethylolpropane leads to the formation of crosslinked network structures in polyurethane coatings, which could largely improve the toughness of coatings with the toughness value reducing from 32 mm to 2 mm.At the same time, the pencil hardness of coatings decreases from 4H to 1H when trimethylolpropane content increases from 0% to 10%.The adhesive force can reach to level 0.The water uptake of polyurethane coatings decreased from 2.93% to 1.4% with the increase of trimethylolpropane content.After trimethylolpropane was treated, polyurethane coatings exhibited good salt fog resistance and UV-aging resistance performances.As a result, a polyurethane coating with 6% trimethylolpropane has better toughness, water-resistance and UV-aging resistance performances.%以羟基丙烯酸酯、氟树脂和三羟甲基丙烷为基体树脂,己二异氰酸酯作为固化剂制备沿海电力设备用聚氨酯防腐涂料.通过改变三羟甲基丙烷含量研究聚氨酯涂料硬度、柔韧性、附着力等影响.结果表明,三羟甲基丙烷的加入使得聚氨酯体系形成交联网状结构,该结构大大提高聚氨酯涂料柔韧性,其值从32 mm降低至2 mm.同时涂层铅笔硬度从4H降低至1H,涂层的附着力达到0级.随着三羟甲基丙烷含量的增加,聚氨酯涂层的吸水率从2.93%下降至1.4%.改性聚氨酯涂层均具有良好的耐盐雾性和抗紫外老化性能.试验结果证实,当三羟甲基丙烷质量分数为6%时,所制备的聚氨酯涂料具有较佳的柔韧性、耐水性和抗老化性能.
