To evaluate the curative efficacy and the economic effects of 2 therapeutic schemes in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women. METHODS: 116 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into 2 groups: Group A was assigned to receive compound ferrous sulfate and folic acid tablets(n=58 cases); Group B to receive Yixuesheng capsules(n=58) . After treatment for 6 weeks, the curative efficacy was observed and the cost-effectiveness analysis was performed. RESULTS: For Group A vs. Group B, the total costs were 561.416 yuan vs. 525.632 yuan; the overall effective rates were 93.1% vs. 84.5% (P0.05) .The incremental cost-effectiveness of Group A was 416.093 as against Group B. CONCLUSION: Compound ferrous sulfate and folio acid tablets are optimal therapeutic scheme for iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women.%目的:评价2种用药方案治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床疗效及经济学效果.方法:116例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者随机分为A、B组,每组58例,A组给予复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片,B组给予益血生胶囊,疗程均为6周.观察2组疗效,并进行成本-效果分析.结果:A组与B组成本分别为561.416、525.632元,总有效率分别为93.1%、84.5%(P0.05).A组相对于B组的增量成本-效果比为416.093.结论:复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血较佳.
