OBJECTIVE: To study growth regularity of Psoralea corylifolia in different growth stages and its nutrient absorption characteristics to nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. METHODS: The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the organs of P. corylifolia in various growth stages were determined and analyze based on dry matter accumulation regularity and growth character. RESULTS: P. corylifolia grew and absorbed nutrients rapidly during the middle of June and the end of July. The content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium increased significantly. The dry weights of the roots, stem, leaf, flower and seeds showed a significant or higher correlation with their nutrient content. The significant correlation also existed among the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. CONCLUSION: Topdressing is necessary at the beginning of June and July, with heavy dressing of nitrogenous fertilizer and additional dressing of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. The leaf of P. corylifolia could be used as animal feed or fertilizer.%目的:研究补骨脂不同生育阶段的发育规律和氮、磷、钾的吸收特性.方法:测定不同生育时期补骨脂各器官中的氮、磷、钾含量,结合干物质积累规律和生长发育规律进行分析.结果:6月中旬至7月下旬,是植株发育和干物质积累高峰时期,氮、磷、钾含量增加幅度也最大;在整个生育时期中,根、茎、叶、花或种子的干重均分别同它们的氮、磷、钾含量呈显著或极显著相关关系,而氮、磷、钾的吸收之间也有相关性.结论:应该在6月初、7月初各追肥1次,重施氮肥,兼施磷、钾肥;补骨脂叶片可以作为动物饲料加工利用,也可掩埋土中肥田.
