HPLC法同时测定复方土茯苓胶囊中落新妇苷和芦丁的含量

摘要

目的:建立同时测定复方土茯苓胶囊中落新妇苷和芦丁含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Waters Symmetry-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸(15∶85,V/V),检测波长为291 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为35℃.结果:落新妇苷和芦丁的检测浓度分别在2.00～20.00、47.96～239.80 mg·L-1范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r均为0.999 9)；二者平均加样回收率分别为100.40％和101.51％,RSD分别为1.61％和0.66％(n均为9).结论:本方法简便、准确、稳定,可用于复方土茯苓胶囊的质量控制.%OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of astilbin and rutin in Compound tufuling capsules. METHODS: HPLC method was adopted. The separation was performed on a Waters Symmetry-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric (15:85,V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 291 nm and column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS: The linear range of astilbin was 2.00~20.00 mg·L-1(r= 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.40% (RSD=1.61% ,n=9). The linear range of rutin was 47.96~239.80 mg·L-1(r= 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 101.51% (RSD=0.66% ,n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and stable for the quality control of Compound tufuling capsules.
