我院2010-2011年国家基本药物使用情况分析

OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the improvement of National Essential Drug List. METHODS: The consumption sum and utilization of essential drugs in our hospital during 2010 —2011 was analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The consumption sum of essential drugs in our hospital from 2010 — 2011 had little change, accounting for 5.74% and 5.47 of total, respectively. Top 10 essential drugs mainly were chemicals in the list of consumption sum, and anti-microbial drugs and drug for regulating water, electrolyte and acid-base balance were used more often. CONCLUSION: Application of essential drugs should be further improved in our hospital.%目的:了解我院国家基本药物应用情况,并为国家基本药物目录(非基层版)的制订提供参考.方法:对2010-2011年我院国家基本药物销售金额及使用情况进行统计、分析.结果:2010-2011年,我院国家基本药物销售金额变化不大,分别占药品销售总金额的5.74％和5.47％,国家基本药物销售金额排序前10位药品中以化学药品为主,其中抗微生物药和调节水、电解质及酸碱平衡药应用较多.结论:国家基本药物在我院的临床应用水平还有待进一步提高.
