目的:建立测定脂肪乳氨基酸(17)葡萄糖(11%)注射液中钾、钠、钙、镁含量的新方法.方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,供试品经稀释后直接测定,钾、钠、钙、镁的发射谱线分别为766.490、589.592、422.673、285.213nm.结果:钾、钠、钙、镁加样回收率分别为98.3%、98.8%、99.1%、98.4%,最低定量浓度分别为0003、0.003、0.001、0.001μg·mL-1.结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,可用于同类注射液中钾、钠、钙、镁含量的测定.%OBJECTIVE: To develop a new method for the content determination of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in Kabiven PI. METHODS: Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was adopted, with direct dilution for sample preparation. The emission lines of K, Na, Ca and Mg were 766.490 nm, 589.592 nm, 422.673 nm, 285.213 nm, respectively. RESULTS: The linear ranges of K, Na, Ca and Mg were 98.3%, 98.8%, 99.1% and 98.4%. The lowest limits of quantification were 0.003, 0.003, 0.001, 0.001 ng·mL-1, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The method is specific, sensitive, accurate and simple, and can be used for the content determination of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium in similar injection.
