补骨脂提取物的体外抑菌活性研究

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To study in vitro bacteriostatic activity of Psoralea corylifolia extract(containing 60% bakuchiol)to 9 pathogens which may induce bacillary diarrhea. METHODS:Drug sensitivity filter disk method and tube dilution method were used to determine sensitivity,MIC and MBC of P. corylifolia extract to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella pullo-rum,Bacillus expneumoenteritidis suis,Pasteurella multocida,Streptococcus suis,Listeria monocytogenes,Bacillus paratyphosus and Bacillus cereus. RESULTS:In the in vitro bacteriostatic tests,P. corylifolia extract strongly inhibited B. cereus,L. monocyto-genes,P. multocida,S. aureus and E. coli,belonging to medium sensitive;MICs were 3.9,25,50,125,250 μg/ml and MBCs were 7.8,50,100,125,500 μg/ml,respectively. B. paratyphosus didn’t influenced by P. corylifolia extract;MICs and MBCs were more than 1 000μg/ml in other becterial species. CONCLUSIONS:P. corylifolia extract containing 60%bakuchiol shows in vi-tro bacteriostatic activity to various pathogens,in which the bakuchiol may play a major role.%目的：研究补骨脂提取物对9种可能引起细菌性腹泻的病原菌的体外抑菌活性。方法：采用药敏滤纸片法、试管稀释法测定补骨脂提取物（含60％补骨脂酚）对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鸡白痢沙门氏菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、猪链球菌、单增李斯特菌、副伤寒沙门氏菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌等病原菌的敏感度、最低抑菌浓度（MIC）和最小杀菌浓度（MBC）。结果：体外抑菌试验中补骨脂提取物对蜡样芽孢杆菌、单增李斯特菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有较强的抑菌作用，均为中度敏感，其MIC分别为3.9、25、50、125、250μg/ml，MBC分别为7.8、50、100、125、500μg/ml；对副伤寒沙门氏菌无任何抑制作用；对其他菌株的MIC、MBC均大于1000μg/ml。结论：含60％补骨脂酚的补骨脂提取物对多种细菌性腹泻病原菌具有体外抑菌活性，补骨脂酚在其中可能发挥了主要作用。
