HPLC法测定黄麦合剂中金丝桃苷的含量

         

摘要

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hyperoside in Huangmai mixtures. Method: A Waters XBridgeTM C18( 250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5μm )column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1 % phosphoric acid ( 15 :85 ). The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml · min-1. Result: Hyperoside showed a good linear relationship within the range of 8.42-134.72μg · ml-1( r =0. 999 9 ). The average recovery was 98.09% with RSD of 2.79%( n =7 ). Conclusion : The method is feasible with good specificity and reproducibility, and can be used in the determination of hyperoside in Huangmai mixtures.%目的:建立黄麦合剂中金丝桃苷的HPLC测定方法.方法:色谱柱:Waters XBridgeTM C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),检测波长:360 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min-1.结果:金丝桃苷浓度在8.42~134.72μg·ml-1的范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9).平均回收率为98.09%,RSD为2.79%(n=7).结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于黄麦合剂中金丝桃苷的含量测定.
