壳聚糖澄清剂与醇沉法制备健骨口服液的比较

摘要

目的:研究壳聚糖澄清剂用于健骨口服液的澄清作用,以替代原工艺的水提醇沉除杂工艺.方法:通过比较原工艺和新工艺所制备的健骨口服液的外观性状及其淫羊藿苷的含量测定比较壳聚糖澄清剂与醇沉法两种工艺的差异.结果:壳聚糖澄清剂样品中淫羊藿苷的含量明显提高.结论:新工艺既能更好地保留本制剂的有效成分,又能保证制剂的稳定并缩短生产周期,成本降低.%Objective: To study the clarification effect of chitosan on Jiangu oral liquids and compare with that of ethanol precipitation method. Method: The difference between the two clarification technology of Jiangu oral liquids was compared with the appearance and the content of icariin as the indices. Result: Compared with that of ethanol precipitation method, the clarification effect of chitosan was better with higher icariin content. Conclusion: The new clarification method can retain active component better with shorter production cycle and lower cost.
