目的:建立HPLC法测定不同产地枇杷叶紫珠中连翘酯苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷和独一味苷A的含量,为制订枇杷叶紫珠药材质量标准提供基础研究资料.方法:色谱柱:Kromasil RP-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸(30:70);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:334 nm.结果:11批次的测试样品中连翘酯苷、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷和独一味苷A的含量范围分别在6.74~7.72 mg·g-1、0.64~1.15 mg·g-1、0.26~0.29 mg·g-1和0.11~0.19 mg·g-1.结论:该法操作简便、稳定、专属、可重复,可用于枇杷叶紫珠药材的质量控制.%Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of forsythosides B, acteoside, isoacteoside and lamio-phlomioside A in Callicarpa konchiana Makino. Method: The samples were separated on a Kromasil RP-C18 column ( 250 mm x 4. 6 mm,5 μm )with methanol-0. 1% acetic acid solution ( 30: 70 ) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml · min-1 . The detection wavelength was set at 334 nm and the injection volume was 10 ΜL. Result: The contents of the 4 phenylethanoid glycosides showed significant difference a-mong the 11 batches of test samples. The content of forsythosides B, acteoside, isoacteoside and lamiophlomioside A was ranged within 6.74-7.72 mg · g-1 , 0. 64-1.15 mg · g-1, 0.26-0. 29 mg · g-1 and 0.11-0. 19 mg · g-1 , respectively. Conclusion: The developed method is simple, stable and repeatable, and can be applied in the quality control of Callicarpa konchiana Makino.
