Objective To establish an HPLC method to determining the Tanshinone ⅡA content in Wumingdan Capsules. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of Eclipse XDB - C18 column, using methanol - water(75 : 25) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results The sample size of tanshinone ⅡA in the range of 17. 2 - 154. 8 μg had a good linear relation with the peak area(r = 0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 98.74%, RSD = 1. 22% ( n =9). Conclusion The established method is simple, highly sensitive and accuracy, which can be used for the quality control of Wumingdan Capsules.%目的 建立测定五明丹胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm.结果 丹参酮ⅡA进样量在17.2~154.8 μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.74%,RSD=1.22%(n=9).结论 该方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于五明丹胶囊的质量控制.
