Objective To establish a HPLC method for quality control of Kanglaojing Granules. Methods The analysis has been carried out on Apollo C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 5% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (3 :97),and the pH value was adjusted to 3.0 by phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 210 nm at column temperature of 25 t. Results The standard curve for citric acid was linear in the range of 9 -180 g/mL( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.22% with RSD of 1.62% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple,quick,accurate and reliable, which can be used for quality control of Kanglaojing Granules.%目的 建立抗痨净颗粒含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Apollo C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢铵溶液(3∶97,用磷酸调pH至3.0),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为25℃.结果 枸橼酸在质量浓度9~180 g/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r =0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.22%,RSD为1.62%(n=6).结论 该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于抗痨净颗粒的质量控制.
