高效液相色谱法测定祖师麻叶中祖师麻甲素含量

摘要

目的 建立测定祖师麻叶中祖师麻甲素含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Ultrasphere C1s柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4％磷酸(20∶80),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为327 nm.结果 祖师麻甲素进样量在0.102 ～0.510μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r =0.999 9;平均加样回收率为99.03％,RSD为1.16％(n=6).结论 所用方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为控制祖师麻叶的质量控制方法.%Objective To establish a RP - HPLC method for the quantitative determination of daphnetin in Daphnes folium. Methods The separation was performed on the Ultrasphere C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 (Am) with the mobile phase of methanol -0.4% phosphoric acid(20 : 80) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results The linear range of daphnetin was 0.102-0.510 μg, r = 0.999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.03% with RSD of 1.16 %(n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility,which can be used as the quality control method of Daphnes folium
