高效液相色谱法测定算盘子中牡荆素含量

摘要

Objective To establish the determination method of the vitexin content in Glochidion puberum (Linn. ) Hutch. Methods The Thermo BDS Hypersil G18 column ( 150 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.2% glacial acetic acid solution(22 : 78 ) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 340 nm. Results The linear relation of vitexin was good in the range of 0. 102 3 - 0.511 5 μg. The average recovery rate was 99. 22% , RSD = 1.00% ( n = 6) . Conclusion The established method is accurate, sensitive and good in reproducibility, and can be applied to the quality control of Glochidion puberum ( Linn. ) Hutch.%目的 建立算盘子中牡荆素的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo BDS Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%冰乙酸溶液(22:78),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为340 nm.结果 算盘子中的牡荆素进样量在0.1023-0.5115μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为99.22%,RSD为1.00%(n=6).结论 所建立的方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于算盘子的质量控制.
