目的：建立同时测定萸黄连中吴茱碱和吴茱萸次碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Zobax SB C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm )，流动相为乙腈－0.2%磷酸溶液（35：65），流速为2.0 mL/min，柱温为30℃，检测波长为225 nm。结果吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱进样量分别在0.04024~0.2012μg和0.02004~0.1002μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r分别为0.9998和0.9999；平均回收率分别为97.79%和97.43%（ n=6），RSD分别为2.28%和2.09%。结论该法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高，重现性好，可用于萸黄连的质量控制。%Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of two ingredients in decoction pieces of Yuhuanglian. Methods The Agilent Zobax SB C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 2%phosphoric acid(35 :65)with the flow rate of 2. 0 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Conclusion The method is convenient,quick,accurate and suitable for the qulity control of the de-coction pieces of Yuhuanglian.
