1例超高龄急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗药学监护分析

摘要

Objective To clarify the roles of clinical pharmacist in clinical drug use. Methods The pharmaceutical care of intravenous thrombolysis in 1 case of patient aged older 81 years with acute cerebral infarction were evaluated and analyzed. Results The patient was treated rationally and recovered well. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacist can improve the level of rational drug use.%目的：探讨临床药师在临床药物治疗中的作用。方法评价和分析1例超高龄（81岁）急性脑梗死患者的药物治疗及药学监护情况。结果患者用药合理，病情恢复良好。结论临床药师参与临床药物治疗，可提高临床合理用药的水平。
