皮肤病外用药处方分析及合理用药研究

摘要

Objective Topromote the rational drug use of dermatological drugs. Methods Through the analysis of the use of medication by reviewing the prescriptions in the Department of Dermatology for 1 year,especially the common types of dermatological drugfor exter-nal use and its clinical application methods. Results In the clinical dermatologic prescriptions,the use rate of glucocorticoids and its compound preparation was high,followed by anti-infective agents and dissolve horny medication,then the convergence antipruritic class, and lastly thedrugs that maintained the normal metabolism of the skin and the medication for burns,and some traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Conclusion There are many reasons that cause dermatological disease. The choice of clinical medication in the treatment of dermatological disease should grasp the characteristics of this kind of disease to apply the external medicationand even the combination of medicine in a standardized and rational way,to achieve the purpose of comprehensive treatment.%目的：促进皮肤病治疗药物的合理使用。方法分析1年来医院皮肤科处方用药情况，尤其是皮肤病外用药的常用类型及其临床应用方法。结果临床皮肤科外用药处方中，糖皮质激素类及其复方制剂使用率较高，其次是抗感染药物和溶解角质药物，再次是收敛止痒类药，最后是维护皮肤正常代谢的药物和烧伤类药，还有一些中药制剂。结论皮肤病的发病原因多，临床应根据疾病特点合理规范地使用外用药物，甚至联合用药，以达到综合治疗的目的。
