Objective To improve the HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae rubra.Methods The Waters SunFire C1s column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(14∶86),the flow rate was 2.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.061 04-1.220 8 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 97.65%,the RSD was 1.47%(n=6) Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Radix Paeoniae rubra.%目的 对测定赤芍药材中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行优化.方法 色谱柱采用Waters SunFireC18柱(150 mm ×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(14∶86)为流动相,流速为2.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm.结果 芍药苷进样量在0.061 04 ~1.220 8 μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为97.65%,RSD为1.47%(n=6).结论 该方法简便,快速,结果准确,可用于赤芍药材的质量控制.
