盐酸奥布卡因凝胶与复方萘普生栓治疗早期人工流产临床疗效及安全性对比

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical effect and safety of Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel and Compound Naproxen Supposito-ries in treating artificial abortion for the early pregnancy. Methods Totally 82 early pregnancy women underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B,41 cases in each group. At 5 min before operation,Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel was injected into the patient′s vagina in group A,at 30 min before operation,Compound Naproxen Suppositories were inserted into the patient′s anus in group B. To observe the influence of different treatment methods on the relaxation,analgesia,operation time and the amount of bleeding in the two groups. Results The effects of relaxation,analgesia,operation time and amount of bleeding in the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0. 05). No adverse reactions were found in the group A,but there were 4 cases of adverse reactions in the group B,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was significantly different(χ2=4. 205,P=0. 040). Conclusion Compound Naproxen Suppositories and Oxybuprocaine Hydrochloride Gel in the treatment of artificial abortion for the early pregnancy has good effect,and the latter is safer,which can be used preferentially in clinic.%目的 对比盐酸奥布卡因凝胶与复方萘普生栓治疗早期人工流产的临床疗效与安全性.方法 选取医院2014年7月至2016年8月收治的早期接受人工流产手术的患者82例,随机分为A组和B组,各41例.A组患者术前5 min阴道内注入盐酸奥布卡因凝胶,B组患者术前30 min肛门内塞入复方萘普生栓.观察不同治疗方式对两组患者宫口松弛、镇痛、手术时间及手术出血量的影响.结果 两组患者宫口松弛效果、镇痛效果、手术时间及术中出血量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者未发现不良反应,B组患者有4例术后出现不良反应,两组不良反应发生率比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.205,P=0.040).结论 复方萘普生栓与盐酸奥布卡因凝胶用于早期人工流产疗效均较好,且后者安全性更高,临床可优先选用.
