多索茶碱片联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘30例效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨多索茶碱片联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的疗效.方法 选取2010年8月至2016年8月60例支气管哮喘患者,依据入院顺序分成观察组与对照组,各30例.对照组采用布地奈德每次400μg,2次/日雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予0.2 g多索茶碱片口服,2次/日.结果 观察组总有效率为90.00%,与对照组总有效率70.00%比较显著提高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、呼气峰流速(PEF)与对照组比较均明显提高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05).结论 多索茶碱片联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,可明显改善患者肺功能,减少不良反应,值得临床推广.%Objective To investigate the Doxofylline Tablet combined with budesonide for treating bronchial asthma. Methods Totally 60 patients with bronchial asthma from August 2010 to August 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given budesonide, 400 μg/time, 2 times/d, on this basis, the observation group was given Doxofylline Tablet 0. 2 g, 2 times/d. Conclusion Doxofylline Tablet combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma has good effect, it can improve the pulmonary function of patients, reduce the adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
