我院呼吸内科合理使用抗菌药物的临床分析

摘要

目的 分析呼吸内科合理使用抗菌药物的临床效果.方法 选取医院2014年7月至2016年5月就诊的145例呼吸内科患者,对其均实施抗菌药物治疗,观察患者抗菌药物的使用情况.结果 使用比例较高的抗菌类药物为头孢菌素类,其次为喹诺酮类、青霉素类、四环素类、硝咪唑类,且单独使用1种抗菌药物的患者66例,2种抗菌药物联用的71例,使用3种抗菌药物的患者8例.结论 抗菌药物在临床非常具有实用价值,且应用范围非常广泛,故合理使用具有重要的临床意义.%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rational use of antimicrobial agents in the department of respiratory medicine. Methods 45 cases of patients with respiratory diseases in the hospital from July 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects. These patients were given with antibiotic treatment,and the treatment effect of them were observed. Results The antibiotics that were most frequently used in this study were cephalosporins,followed by quinolones,penicillins,tetracycline and imidazolium;66 patients were treated with one kind of antimicrobial agent alone,and 71 patients were treated with two knids of antimicrobial agents,8 patients were treated with 3 kinds of antimicrobial agents. Conclusion Antimicrobial agents are of great practical value in clinical application,and the application range is very wide. Therefore,rational use of antimicrobial agent has important clinical significance.
