甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠临床研究

摘要

Objective To study the different clinical efficacy between methotrexate combined with mifepristone and the single use of methotrexate on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 49 cases of patients diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy in the hospital between January 2015 and July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the single dose of methotrexate was applied in group A(n=28), and the single dose of methotrexate combined with oral mifepristone was applied in group B(n=21). The blood β-HCG of all patients was followed up until the clinical symptoms disappeared (< 7 U/L). Results 8 cases in group A failed in conservative treatment,the total effective rate was 71. 43%;1 case in group B failed in conservative treatment,the effective rate was 95. 24%. It took (37 ± 7. 4)d for group A to make the β-HCG decreased to normal and group B took (31 ± 4. 1)d. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy can shorten the treatment time and improve the cure rate.%目的 观察甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合米非司酮口服治疗异位妊娠的疗效.方法 选取2015年1月至2016年7月确诊为异位妊娠的患者49例,随机分为甲氨蝶呤单次注射组(A组,28例)和甲氨蝶呤单次注射联合米非司酮口服组(B组,21例),定期随访两组患者血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)直至正常(<7 U/L).结果 A组中有8例治疗失败,治疗成功率为71.43%,B组中有1例治疗失败,治疗成功率为95.24%;A组血β-HCG下降至正常的时间为(37±7.4)d,B组为(31±4.1)d.结论 与单用甲氨蝶呤相比,甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠,患者术后β-HCG降至阴性所需时间更短,治疗成功率更高.
