157例地塞米松致过敏反应统计与分析

摘要

目的 探讨地塞米松致过敏反应的临床特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 采用回顾性研究方法,利用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WanFang),对1978年至2015年国内公开报道的地塞米松所致过敏反应进行统计和分析.结果 157例患者中,21~40岁年龄段过敏反应66例(44.30%);注射剂导致的速发型过敏反应最多见;不良反应后果为大多好转,有5例死亡.结论 临床医师和药师应了解地塞米松在临床应用中的矛盾效应,应用时加强监测.%Objective To investigate clinic features and regularity of allergic reaction induced by dexamethasone and to provide reference in clinic for rational use of drug. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 157 cases of allergic reaction induced by dex-amethasone publicly reported during the year from 1978 to 2015 via the use of CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Information System. Results Of all the 157 cases, there were 66 cases in 21-40 years of age, accounting for 44. 30%. The most common allergic reaction is Rapid onset of allergic reaction caused by injection. The most consequences of 157 cases were back to health, in addition to the 5 cases of death. Conclusion Clinical doctors and pharmacists should understand the contradictory effects induced by dexamethasone, and strength-en monitoring of its clinical use. This research can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of clinical allergic reaction of dexamethasone.
