Objective To explore the efficacy of Yikou Gargle combined with hydrogen peroxide solution of oral care on the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods 164 patients with mechanical ventilation were selected. The observation group used wet cotton ball dipping 0. 5% hydrogen peroxide solution in the order of the teeth, gums, buccal mucosa, and tongue to scrub, and then used Yikou Gargle for oral rinse, 4 times/d;the control group used Yikou m Gargle for oral rinse, 4 times/d. Results There were 14 cases ( 17. 07%) of VAP, including 5 cases ( 6. 10%) of early-onset VAP in the observation group;25 cases ( 30. 49%) of VAP, including 13 cases ( 15. 85% ) of early-onset VAP in the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Yikou Gargle combined with hydrogen peroxide solution for oral care of the mechanical ventilation patients can effectively eliminate the oropharyngeal pathogenic bacteria and decrease the incidence rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia.%目的 探讨应用益口含漱液联合过氧化氢溶液进行口腔护理预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的效果.方法 选取机械通气患者164例,随机分为两组,各82例.观察组采用蘸0.5%过氧化氢溶液湿棉球按牙齿、牙龈、颊部黏膜、舌的顺序进行擦洗,再使用益口含漱液进行口腔冲洗,4次/日;对照组仅采用益口含漱液口腔冲洗,4次/日.结果 观察组有14例(17.07%)发生了VAP,其中早发型5例(6.10%);对照组有25例(30.49%)发生了VAP,其中早发型13例(15.85%).两组间VAP总发生率和早发型发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用益口含漱液联合过氧化氢溶液为机械通气患者进行口腔护理,能有效消除口咽部致病菌,降低VAP发生率.
