气举井工况诊断仪的研制与应用

摘要

针对现有的流压梯度测试工况诊断技术不能对气举井生产过程进行连续检测的问题，研制成功气举井工况诊断仪，该仪器通过对井口油、套压力的连续测量记录来分析和判断气举井的工作状况，实现了连续检测。305井次现场应用表明，利用该诊断仪判断气举井工况，具有连续、直观、准确的特点，为及时调整合理的注气量和制定科学的管理措施提供了依据。%The existing operating condition diagnosis technique is unable toinspect continuously the production course of gas-lift wells, thereby an operating condition tester is developed. The tester can be used for analyzing and judging the operating condition of gas-lift wells by continuously measuring and recording the tubing and casing pressures at wellhead. The structure of the tester is introduced, the methods for installation and troubleshooting are presented, and the result of the field test is analyzed.
