搅拌釜搅拌桨-稳定器结构的参数优化

         

摘要

The stability of the stabilizer in a stirring vessel is validated by means of the orthogonal experiment. The main factors effecting the stability of the stabilizer are determined. An empirical formula for calculating the flexibility of the stirring shaft acted by the horizontal force of the fluid in the stirring vessel is given. In designing the stabilizer, it is only needed to calculate the flexibility at the lower end of the stirring shaft with the empirical formula and make it accord with the requirements of the existing standards and specifications, not having to measure and calculate the value of the horizontal force of the fluid.%采用带稳定器的搅拌桨实验装置及正交实验方法,分析和确定了釜内各因素对流体水平力的影响大小;经回归分析,找出了轴挠度与影响挠度的因素之间的关系式。由实测轴挠度的正交实验结果可知:(1)搅拌桨加装稳定器后,稳定器产生阻尼,能减小搅拌轴轴端挠度,抵消釜内流体部分水平力,起到稳定作用;(2)搅拌釜内的流体水平力可用搅拌轴挠度表示,设计搅拌釜时不必测量和计算水平力的大小,只须按回归公式计算轴下端的挠度,控制此挠度满足我国现行有关标准、规定和规范即可。挠度回归公式把不易测定的水平力问题转化为能较方便测定的挠度问题,为今后搅拌釜搅拌轴的便捷设计提供了理论依据。
