ZJ30/1700LM煤层气钻机的研制与应用

             

摘要

To meet the needs of coal bed methane (CBM) exploration and development, the ZJ30/1700LM CBM drilling rig was developed. The rig has a substantial improvement in the drawworks structure. It increases the center height of the drum and moves the operating clamp of the hydraulic disc brakes upward to the fixing base near the clamping stand so as to make the overall width of the drawworks less than 2 500 mm. The modules of the drill floor are reasonably distributed. The upper and lower parting module is adopted for the stand platform; the left and right parting module is applied to the rear support of the drill floor. Thus, the problem has been solved that the transportation dimensions of the parts of the drill floor basement are beyond the limit. A set of devices for the overall movement of the rig is designed. The guideway translational scheme is adopted. The pedestrian hole of the hydraulic cylinder is made on the plane of the guideway. Two cylinders are used to push the rig basement to move on the guideway in the stepping movement mode. The hydraulic system is used as the source of power. The hydraulic con- trol console is used to make the cylinder piston extend and retract. As a result the overall forward movement of the rig can be achieved and the requirement of cluster wells drilling can be satisfied.%为了满足煤层气勘探开发的需要,研制了ZJ30/1700LM煤层气钻机。该钻机在绞车结构上做了重大改进,通过加高滚筒中心高度和将液压盘式刹车装置的工作钳上移到靠近钳架上固定座,使绞车总宽度不大于2500mm;合理分配钻台各模块,立根台部分采用上、下分模,钻台后支架采用左、右分模,解决了钻台底座各部件运输尺寸超限的问题;设计一套钻机整体移动装置,采用导轨式平移方案,导轨上平面开有液缸的步行孔,用2个液缸推动钻机底座在导轨上移动,移动方式为步进式,由液压系统提供动力,通过液压控制台操作液缸活塞伸出和缩回,可实现钻机的整体向前平移,满足煤层气钻机钻丛式井的要求。
