旋转导向钻井工具稳定平台监控系统通信设计

             

摘要

It is suggested that a wireless communication method is adopted to solve the problem that multiple shutdowns are required in the process of communication. The operating condition of downhole tool is transmitted into the PC timely and accurately. The field monitoring is conducted and an analysis of the transmission process is made through the configuration software. Meanwhile, the unexpected situations are dealt with. The real-time control of the field operation is achieved. The communication adopts the operating mode of semi-duplex asynchronous transmission. The Modbus protocols are adopted as the communication protocols. The experimental findings of communication show that the single-chip microcomputer can transmit the field real-time data to the PC through the wireless digital module which can be displayed on the man-machine interface produced by the MCGS with a high precision.%提出采用无线通信方式来解决通信过程中需要多次停机的问题,及时、准确地将井下工具工作情况传输到PC机中,对现场进行监测,并通过组态软件对传输过程进行分析,同时对异常情况及时做出处理,实现对现场运行情况的实时控制。通信采用半双工异步传输的工作方式,通信协议采用Modbus协议。通信试验结果表明,单片机能将现场实时数据通过无线数传模块传输给Pc机,并在MCGS制作的人机界面中显示出来.准确无误。
