尾管固井中浮式塞帽的研制与应用

         

摘要

It is difficult to release successfully the running tool from the liner hanger in the hole with high-density mud and with many solid phase and sundries piled up on the top of tieback cylinder in cementing operation. In light of this problem the Shelfoil Company developed a new type of running tool with floating junk bonnet. This floating junk bonnet consists of mandrel, sealing sleeve, junk bonnet, cylinder, spring and spring pocket. The reliable seal between the junk bonnet and tieback cylinder solves the problem of sand and debris entering the cylinder. The key components are optimized and analyzed with FEM, and the ground performance simulation test and lab e-valuation of the floating junk bonnet were conducted with regard to its sealing and loading capacity. The field application of the bonnet was introduced with Well NP23 -P2010 and Well 724 of Tuo as examples, verifying that the bonnet can prevent cuttings from entering the tieback cylinder, and can make the hanger released reliably in wells with more cuttings.%在大斜度段的松散地层、金属碎屑堆积的侧钻井、钻井液固相含量多和存在堵漏材料的井眼中,为了确保丢手成功和送入工具的顺利起出,研制了浮式塞帽.该工具包括心轴、密封滑套、塞帽、液缸、弹簧和弹簧套,塞帽与回接筒之间形成可靠密封,可解决沉砂和岩屑进入回接筒的问题.对浮式塞帽的关键部件进行了优化设计和有限元分析,分别从密封和承载2方面进行了工具的地面性能试验和室内评价.NP23-P2010井和坨724井的应用结果表明,工具工作正常,成功实现了悬挂器的坐挂、倒扣及提出,顺利起出了送入工具.
