PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural pump water engine as part of application of nature, capable of converting the static gravitation into dynamic energy by guiding the immovable water sky to the circulating flow to provide the resource developing project depending on the recycle of the air and the water existing in the earth without contaminating them by sea which is the end and also the start of the water, in order to acquire clean energy by wind, water and light without contaminating the wind, water and light which are bread of the earth and all of lives, and are software, and to return the same to the nature for the healthy future of all of lives. SOLUTION: This pump water engine of a ship built to acquire the flow energy of the wind, water and light for this purpose, charges a part of the accumulated energy to the engine on the basis of the principle of fluctuation on the water face where the inseparatable water and air are abutted on each other, the water sky is guided to the circulating flow by the fluctuation breaking the stationary balance, and the creation of a decompressed space to permanently rotate the engine to obtain the motive energy.
