深层侧钻水平井膨胀套管钻井封堵技术研究

         

摘要

Geological water avoidance is required by some of deep layer sidetrack wells in Tahe Oilfield. Moreover , the drilling meets with leaky and collapsible formations. Therefore, the present situation and difficulties of sidetrack wells in Tahe Oilfield were analyzed. The technological schemes were optimized and their feasibility was discussed. The expandable casing was adopted as the intermediate casing to block the complex layer. Referring to the well hconditions of deep layer sidetrack wells, the key technologies of expandable casing were studied and optimized. The technological application scheme was perfected. The first plugging application of the technology in Well TK6 - 463 CH was introduced in detail. The field application shows that application of expandable casing can satisfy the requirement of drilling blocking and subsequent non - conventional slim-hole drilling. Therefore, a new solution is provided as well as the technological basis for the expandable casing technology to be used in complex formation drilling.%针对塔河油田部分深层侧钻井存在地质避水要求,且钻遇易漏和易坍塌地层的情况,分析了塔河侧钻井现状及难点,优选了技术方案并探讨其可行性,采用膨胀套管充当技术套管封堵复杂层.结合深层侧钻水平井的井况条件,对膨胀套管关键技术进行研究及优化,完善了技术实施方案.详细介绍了膨胀套管技术在TK6-463 CH井首次封堵应用情况,现场应用结果显示,膨胀套管实施后能够满足钻井封堵和后续非常规小井眼钻井要求,为其提供了一种全新的解决方案,也为膨胀套管技术在复杂地层钻井提供了技术基础.
