钻井管柱自动输送装置的研制与应用

             

摘要

为有效解决目前我国石油钻井现场在钻杆、钻铤及套管等钻井管柱上、下钻台作业过程中存在的钻工劳动强度大、危险系数高及效率低等问题,成功研制出钻井管柱自动输送装置.该装置采用成对抓取机械手与双摇杆起升结构实现对钻井管柱的自动抓取与输送.钻井现场试验结果表明,该装置可在手动与无线遥控2种操作模式下,成功实现钻井管柱在地面与钻台面之间的自动、安全、高效、往复输送,从而取代钻工完成起、下钻井管柱的高强度作业,提高作业效率.%To solve the problems with drill string operation such as high risk and low efficiency, an automatic drill string conveyor was developed. The device adopts paired gripping manipulator and double rocker hoist structure to achieve the automatic gripping and conveying of drill strings. The field operation test proves that the device can successfully achieve the automatic and safe and high-efficiency reciprocating conveying of drill strings between ground and derrick floor in manual mode or wireless remote control operation mode. Thus, it replaces the driller to complete the high-intensity operation of drill string tripping, improving the operating efficiency.
