致密油开发目前多采用工厂化长位移水平井的方式,水平井段的长度直接影响到致密油藏开发的效率。分析了制约致密油水平井水平段延伸长度的主要因素,采用实测数据反演摩阻系数法预测井口载荷以及考虑接头环空压耗的计算模型,指出额定泵压是水平段延伸长度的主要限制因素,较为准确地预测了致密油长位移水平井水平段安全延伸长度。在额定泵压30 MPa,排量14 L/s,完井井眼尺寸ø152�4 mm的情况下,新疆昌吉致密油水平井的最大安全延伸长度为3000 m。%The tight oil fields are now mostly developed by well factory method with long lateral horizontal wells�The length of horizontal section has a direct effect on the tight reservoir development efficiency�The main fac⁃tors that impact the horizontal section length in tight oil formation are analyzed�The wellhead loads are calculated by inverted friction coefficient through measured data�The tool joint pressure drop has been considered in annular pres⁃sure model�Pointed that rated pump pressure is a major limiting factor to ettend the length of the horizontal sec⁃tion�Thereby the safety horizontal section of horizontal wells in tight oil formation is predicted accurately�Given the rated pump pressure of 30 MPa, displacement of 14 L/s and the borehole size of ø152�4 mm, the maximum safety horizontal section length for horizontal well in tight oil formation in Xinjiang is 3 000 m.
